Your advert shows some great skills on photoshop.There are a few things that could be improved though.
* The target audience isnt entirely clear.. is this spray for women as there is a woman on the advert? And yet the slogan seems more for men eg "feel the power." Or are you trying to imply that if you use the spray as a man, you could attract women like this? In which case, maybe the slogan needs to reflect that? eg "women can't resist the power" or something along those lines?
* There are a lot of fonts / colours going on where as a professional advert would normally stick to two main colours / fonts.
